You will be mailed a membership card and CAD tax receipt (where applicable).

You may choose from four levels of membership.

Maple "Single" and  Hackberry "Family" levels are annual memberships.

Sassafras "Sponsor" is a single annual membership with a $35 tax receipt.

Oak "Patron" is a lifetime membership with a $350 tax receipt.
